we had an amazing stay in the apartment. the size exceeded our expectations, with spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, and a wonderfully equipped kitchen. we appreciated the comfort of the king-size bed, as well as the helpful housekeeping staff. the location was perfect for walking to nearby attractions, shopping, and dining. overall, everything was clean and well-maintained, making it a great choice for our family getaway.

What a stylish place! Wonderful, excellent location near centre of town. Adjacent to cafes and restaurants as well as all the restaurants, cafes, pubs and shopping are located. Romantic rooms with a spa bath and essentials plus balcony, always extremely friendly staff. With a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and refrigerators.

We had a restful stay as my previous visit.
Everything was simply good. Thoroughly enjoyed our fairly quiet rooms, plus the staff was WELCOMING. This hotel was located in a very central area close to all the restaurants, cafes, pubs and shopping are located, Mitchell Harris wine bar, and Sovereign Hill. Furthermore, in classy residence.

I had an awesome stay, just like my previous visit. I truly enjoyed my time here; my room was outstanding and equipped with an electric kettle, fridge, and microwave. the bed was comfortable, and I loved having a bathtub. Its location was stunning, conveniently close to pubs and cafes.

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Ballarat Premier Apartments. the staff were incredibly nice and provided impeccable service throughout my visit. the location is fantastic, just a short walk down the steps to the lovely front parks. Plus, it's conveniently situated right next to the heart of Ballarat, where you can find a variety of restaurants, cafes, pubs.

We enjoyed this boutique hotel. The food was lovely. The staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful. It had a magnificent location close to good restaurants, Sovereign Hill, cafes, and shops. Wonderful to come home to after a day of sightseeing.
